Become an Editor

Columbia Journal of History welcomes applications from those interested in furthering its mission of representing the highest quality independent, peer-reviewed undergraduate research that prioritizes historical inquiry and intellectual exploration. Our editors serve in teams of four to six under one managing editor. Throughout the semester, each editing team works through editing one of the journal’s selected articles for that semester’s issue. Throughout the semester, the editors revise, edit, and bring out the best possible version of each student’s article to provide the cumulative result of a semesterly issue.
